WHO SHOULD I REACH OUT TO FOR ANY MATTERS RELATED TO THE COMMUNITY?

WHAT APP SHOULD I USE TO STAY IN THE LOOP WITH OUR NEIGHBORHOOD?
Our community can be found by downloading the NextDoor app, searching for High Pointe Crossing, and creating an account using 774 Wayside Rd. until the development's address is added to GPS.
CAN MY GARBAGE CANS SIT OUTSIDE OTHER THAN ON GARBAGE DAY?
No, all garbage cans must remain inside your garage other than Thursday evening and Friday following the bylaws. Any violations and fines will be managed by Integra Management (Kim Rizzo) via email.
CAN I PARK ON THE STREET ASIDE FROM THE GUEST SPACES?
No, Neptune Township has advised the HOA Board citations would be issued as it is a city ordinance. Warnings may not be issued, only park within lined spaces.
ARE DOGS REQUIRED TO BE ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES?
Yes, all animals especially dogs, must be on a leash at all times. Residents are responsible for their pets and should not allow them to run out of the house. Due to ongoing concerns for resident and animal safety, violations will be issued and managed by Integra Management starting in late October. Neptune Township may also issue citations as per the town ordinance.
WHAT AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR WHEN IT SNOWS?
According to the community bylaws, residents are responsible for their front steps, walkway, and driveway. The township will plow the streets and the HOA will be responsible for the sidewalks and the visitor spaces.
WHERE CAN I ACCESS THE PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR THE HOA DUES?
Integra Management and Union Bank oversee and process HOA dues on their website.
According to their website, Union Bank Homeowner Association Services offers one-time and recurring payment services. You can set up recurring eCheck payments or use your credit card to make a one-time payment.

WHAT IS THE NEPTUNE TOWNSHIP GARBAGE SCHEDULE AND ZONE?
Please find all detailed information including garbage schedules, collection zones, and recycling in on the Public Works website.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS COMMUNITY WEBSITE FOR RESIDENTS?
The HOA Board members volunteered to establish an informational website made by residents for residents. It was created with the purpose of supplementing all information and materials residents already have access to. The HOA Board will update this website on an as needed basis if/when information changes. However, residents should utilize the Integra Management Resident Portal for all questions, concerns, and HOA dues. The HOA Board and Integra Management cannot be held responsible for any errors as this is meant to be for informational purposes only.
